東京都港区東新橋1-7-1 汐留メディアタワー（フロント25F）
エレベーターで25階ホテルロビーへ移動後、フロントを通過し奥にある宿泊者用エレベーターで26階へ。
エレベーターを出て右手へ進み、突き当りを左手に曲がるとスカーレットルーム、更に進むとブルームルームがございます。

■イベント集合時間につきまして
時間ちょうどに開始いたしますので、お時間に余裕を持ち10分～15分前を目処に会場までお越しください。
artwine.tokyo一同お待ちしております。
Regarding the Event Gathering Time:
We will start promptly at the scheduled time, so please aim to arrive at the venue with a buffer of 10 to 15 minutes before the designated start time. The entire artwine.tokyo team is looking forward to your participation.
■遅刻につきまして
万が一、ご到着が遅れそうな場合はartwine.tokyo@gmail.comまでご連絡をくださいますよう宜しくお願い申し上げます。
遅刻された場合もイベントは定常通り進行いたします。
講師の人数が限られているため、時間通り来られたお客様と同じアドバイスが受けられない場合がございます。
それにより絵の完成まで描けない場合がございますが、終了時間は変更されませんので予めご了承ください。
In Case of Lateness:
In the unlikely event that you anticipate arriving late, kindly contact us at artwine.tokyo@gmail.com.
Even if you are late, the event will proceed as scheduled. Due to the limited number of instructors, it might not be possible to provide the same advice as those who arrive on time. Consequently, you may not be able to complete your artwork within the allocated time. However, please note that the ending time will not be altered.
■ご予約のキャンセルについて
2023年1月1日以降の予約については、お客様都合でのキャンセルは開催日より3日前までとさせていただきます。
3日前を過ぎたキャンセルについては100%の料金をいただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
日程変更についても、開催3日前までとさせていただきます。
Canceling a reservation:
Reservations can be cancelled at no cost up until 3 days before the workshop.
Please send us an email specifying the date and time of the reservation, the name of the person who made the reservation, and the number of people.
Please note that 100% of the fee will charged for cancellations made after the 3 days before the workshop.
Re-scheduling the date is also available until 3 days prior to the event.
