Workshop at artwine.tokyo
Our workshops feature instructors who are graduates or current students of art universities, providing detailed guidance on how to complete your painting. Even if you have no experience or think you’re not good at drawing, you can still enjoy the process and create a beautiful piece of art. We provide all materials, aprons, and shopping bags, so feel free to come empty-handed.

Kids Welcome Class
This workshop is designed for children to enjoy. It is highly recommended for guardians who wish to participate with their children.
Terms of Service
Please be sure to read through to the end when making a reservation.
Regarding Art Materials and Attire At artwine.tokyo, we use materials such as acrylic paint, water-soluble paint, and alcohol ink. These materials can be difficult to completely remove from clothing if stained. While we provide aprons and arm covers, please come in clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. We are not responsible for any stains that occur during the workshop.
Regarding Workshop Time The venue will open 15 minutes before the start, and the workshop will begin on time. Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive. If you are running late, please contact us at artwine.tokyo@gmail.com. Due to limited instructor availability, you may not receive the same level of guidance as those who arrive on time, but the workshop will end as scheduled.
Late Arrival Policy If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the workshop regardless of the reason. Thank you for your understanding.
Same-Day Reservations We accept same-day reservations up to one hour before the workshop starts. While our website may still allow bookings past this time, we generally do not accept them as it may affect other customers. We appreciate your understanding.
Participation of Children Under 12
If children under the age of 12 will be participating, please contact us via our email address (artwine.tokyo@gmail.com) with the "Order Number," "Name of the Person Who Made the Reservation," and the "Age and Number of Participating Children."
Additionally, if the participating child is under the age of 6, one accompanying guardian is required for each child.
Due to limited seating, please refrain from having more than two accompanying guardians.
One artwork can be created per reservation.
If the child and guardian wish to create separate artworks, please make a reservation for two participants.
For Those Who Do Not Drink Alcohol
We also offer soft drinks. Minors are welcome to participate as well.
Guests Booking Separately in Groups of Two or More If you and your friends or family have booked separately but would like to sit together, please contact us at artwine.tokyo@gmail.com with your order numbers and the names of the parties.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations due to customer circumstances are accepted up to three days before the event. Cancellations made within three days of the event will incur a 100% fee. Date changes are also accepted up to three days before the event.
